DESCRIPTION:This Monday we will be hosting Rob Langman from the Wayne Count
 y Drug Task Force at our meeting. The Wayne County Drug Task Force was cre
 ated to combat the sale and possession of illegal drugs in our community. 
 The task force is funded in part by the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorne
 y General and in part from money generated from the forfeitures of money a
 nd property seized from drug dealers. The District Attorney has taken a to
 ugh stance on drug crimes and actively pursues and prosecutes all selling\
 , manufacturing\, distributing and drug use in Wayne County. The task forc
 e is coordinated by Chief County Detective Peter Hower of the Wayne County
  District Attorney’s Office and is made up of officers\, deputies and de
 tectives from the: Wayne County District Attorney’s Office Wayne County 
 Sheriff’s Department Wayne County Adult Probation Department Waymart Bor
 ough Police Department Honesdale Borough Police Department Hawley Borough 
 Police Department Lehigh Township Police Department  There have been sever
 al law enforcement “sweeps” focused primarily on the arrests of drug d
 ealers and users in this area that were performed by the Wayne County Drug
